WEF TREP$ POP UP SHOP

The Wayne Education Foundation (WEF) is offering Wayne Township 4th and 5th Grade residents the opportunity to register for TREP$ POP UP SHOP through the WEF.

Registration Deadline is Wednesday, September 24, 2025.

TREP$ is short for enTREPreneur. This program includes five Workshops. The Workshops will teach students skills to start their own small business. Students will then launch their business at the TREP$ POP UP SHOP flea market where each student will set up their business and sell their products or services to the public. 

TREPS ED, LLC provides schools, libraries, and community organizations with TREP$™, a comprehensive project-based entrepreneurship curriculum designed for students. Check out their website at https://www.trepsed.com for more information on this award winning Entrepreneurship Education Program.

The TREP$ POP UP SHOP will meet from 4:00 PM - 5:15 PM at the Wayne Community Center, 1 Pike Dr, Wayne, NJ, on five consecutive Mondays (Oct 6, 13, 20, 27, Nov 3).

The first meeting date is Monday, Oct 6, 2025.

The TREP$ POP UP SHOP FLEA MARKET will be held on Friday, November 14, 2025, from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM in the Gym at the Wayne Community Center. Set-up will begin at 4:00 pm.

The TREP$ POP UP SHOP has two registration options:

 

1. First Year 4th-5th Gr TREP$*: Registration fee is $95 and includes expert instruction, five workshops, TREP$ workbook, club supplies, table rental, promotional item, and flea market.

*Must be a Wayne resident and current 4th or 5th grader who has not yet participated in the TREP$ program.

2. 5th Gr TREP$ Alumni*: Registration fee is $50 and includes Workshop 3 - Focus Group on Monday, Oct 20th, table rental, promotional item, and flea market.

​*Must be a Wayne resident and current 5th grader who has completed the TREP$ program in 4th grade.
