Embark on a culinary journey around the world with Chef Mark during our immersive five half-day camp designed for students entering Grades 6-9 this fall! Each day, participants will explore the vibrant flavors and cultural traditions of different countries through hands-on cooking sessions led by Chef Mark himself. From mastering the art of Italian pasta and pizza to crafting authentic sushi rolls from Japan, campers will expand their culinary horizons and develop essential cooking skills. As the grand finale, campers will put their newfound culinary expertise to the test in an exciting mystery basket challenge on the last day. Facing off against the clock and using only a selection of surprise ingredients, participants will showcase their creativity and culinary prowess in a thrilling cook-off.
