Campers are invited to participate in a week full of games and activities to grow as learners and people. The benefits of yoga help students physically, mentally, and socially. Yoga and mindfulness have been shown to help children perform better in school. The campers will learn to strengthen their bodies as well as learn to focus and gain confidence. Each camper will receive their own exercise mat to take home at the end of the week. Wear comfy clothes, closed-toe sneakers, and bring your water bottle.
