Rev up your skills this summer with our new Auto Tech camp, a hands-on experience designed for future mechanics, problem-solvers and those who want to learn useful skills! Campers will cruise through the world of automotive and mechanical basics, learning practical skills they can use for life. Through engaging, hands-on projects, learn bike maintenance, get an introduction to checking tire pressure, changing wiper blades, and understanding dashboard warnings. Practice using hand tools safely while working on fun mechanical challenges. Discover how engines and simple machines work through exciting, interactive activities. With guidance from Wayne School's Auto Tech teacher, Mr. Rhinesmith, campers will gain confidence in their ability to fix, tinker, and problem-solve—all in a fun, supportive environment.
