Discover the journey from farm to table in our Garden State Grassroots Culinary Camp, designed for aspiring chefs in grades 6-9! Campers will explore where their food comes from and learn how it’s grown right here in NJ. Highlights of the camp include: Preparing delicious recipes—appetizers, main dishes, desserts, and beverages—using fresh, locally grown whole foods. Sharpening culinary techniques under the guidance of our experienced Registered Dietitian, ensuring a fun and educational experience.Developing healthy lifestyle habits, teamwork, and personal growth skills seamlessly woven into each day’s activities. From harvesting ingredients to plating their creations, campers will gain hands-on experience and a deeper appreciation for the farm-to-table process.
