PM Session: Kindergarten - 2nd Grade YoYo Yoga

Tuesday – Friday (4 Day Camp)

PM Session: 12:00 pm - 2:30 pm

Campers will learn, through yoga and exercise, simple relaxation techniques to help calm the body and manage strong feelings. Campers will practice positive thinking to help gain confidence in their abilities, they will increase attention and self-control. At the same time, campers will meet new friends and boost their social and emotional skills through games and related crafts. 

Please wear comfy clothes, bring a yoga mat/towel and a water bottle.
