Monday - Friday: 12:00 pm - 2:30pm
Campers will explore a new theme through yoga, meditation and yogi art each day. These themes include truthfulness, gratitude, generosity and kindness. Campers will learn fun, new yoga poses. They will learn a variety of ways to breathe in order to feel calm, refreshed and relaxed. Campers will learn visualization strategies to help them deal with the situations life brings them. Each day will culminate with an art activity often rooted in cultures from around the world. Please wear comfy clothes, bring a yoga mat/towel and a water bottle.
